Chap Lock Inc. is owned by Jerry Chaplik. Before going into business, he trained under skilled, old school locksmiths out of West Cleveland.

Since then he’s built the business by helping people, businesses, facilities, dealerships, schools, and fire and police departments with their locksmithing.

Jerry has also trained other locksmiths entering the profession.
